i'm in WAY over my head...

hey guys, new guy here. let me give you the skinny, i had three domains being hosted, so i opt'd for VPS. for now, i'm just trying it out, making sure i'm capable. i don't know where to start...

how and where do i upload the content of the three sites i have? currently i'm still running the three shared hosting packages, but if i point the domain to the new VPS, the websites will go down. i have no idea where to upload all of these sites. i'm a complete and utter n00b. it's a linux vps, through network solutions(if that helps)

Ok, here's a step by step solution:

1. Dont panic.
2. CHange the nameservers for your domain to the new one - to the vps
3. Create the required addon domains.
4. Copy the files from the old files from the shared hosting to the new vps.
5. Voila!
