Is there a good VPS host that has a good amount of bandwidth for a decent price? A lot of them are like 70G or 100G and we are considering a much larger project that is not really processor intensive as much as bandwidth intensive.

ASPnix.com (http://aspnix.com/hosting/virtual-private-server/) is the decent company that provides a wide range of VPS solutions and it's up to you to decide which one to choose from them. They are all high-end and their uptime is very good.

Hello
in any case you have to understand that big traffic might cause big CPU load and I hope you are aware of that.
Fir the web hosting I recommend you glowhost.com. Their smallest VPS solution (http://glowhost.com/hosting/virtual-private/vps-hosting-plans.php) must suit you fully.
And as for the quality of service - they are great.

Nice VPS deals (http://www.a2hosting.com/services/vps-hosting/) you may have from A2hosting.com. All their VPS accounts are powered by the state of the art OpenVZ virtualization platform. OpenVZ provides full isolation from other VPS instances on the same host machine ensuring that the resources allotted for your VPS account are always available.

Have a look at glowhost.com. They are offering quite huge VPS solutions (http://glowhost.com/hosting/virtual-private/vps-hosting-plans.php) . So that might be quite interesting for you.
But if I were you I'd look for the dedicated servers because huge bandwidth will cause huge CPU usage.

Good offer but looks like overselling for me.

Startlogic is pretty good, just watch out for their overselling ;)

I strongly believe that superb and affordable services you will find at Globaltap.com. It offers Windows, Linux, FreeBSD and Sun Solaris. You will find out the availability of their systems administrators and send them a support ticket and see how fast they respond.
