I use Dreamweaver. But only because I got a real good deal on Ebay on Studio MX.
90% of what I do is in code view. I do find some of the panels included to be very helpful.
For graphics, GIMP does me just fine. I just wish I was better at graphics!
HTML KIt is a good free text editor, the built in FTP app is pretty sweet.

Dreamweaver is good. You might wanna try Blue Voda though. I like BLue Voda better because it has an interface similar to Microsoft Office ;)

I use Frontpage in code view. I guess I could also use Notepad but I find the colored text really handy.

I believe that the best way to code a website is by using HTML because it gives you full control and allows you to add any features you want.

hmm well there are quite a few good programs but seriously Dreamweaver is amazing its easy to navigate and you can swap between views and even have both at the same time so technically its just amazing!

Dreamweaver for the win, it's the easiest one. But if you want a free editor, I'd recommend Notepad++. It's very complete and free, so...

I use vim to write my basic templates. And stick to smarty for other pages.

About all I use anymore is notepad2 because I really like the syntax highlighting feature. That makes it much easier to find the mistakes. It is free so you can't beat the price.

The only editors I use are notepad and Notepad++

i dont really use HTML software i generally just code it all out in notepad. although saying that i use dreamweaver a lot for my cascading style sheets, its a brilliant piece of software

I was lucky enough to have a copy of Dreamweaver included in the costs of a course I did recently. I'd used Frontpage before, and wasn't too impressed.

For a quick job, like, replacing a few words on a page, I'll use Notepad++, but when it comes to creation of a site from scratch, I fire up Dreamweaver. Can't really imagine finding anything I like more.
