7host.com is really attractive company specialized in windows and based in Europe. I suppose getting their service for annual base is also a good idea.

Buying a yearly hosting account can always be better than the monthly versions, unless you would like to test a new company for the first time.

In most cases, when you order for quarterly or semi annually accounts options, some set up fees might bee needed to pay but yearly accounts are great and you could also have a free domain in most cases.

Annual billing cycle is always preferred when you use web hosting. There are number of hosting providers offers some discount or additional features if you go for Yearly billing cycle. The features such as fee domain name for 1 year or there would be no setup fee, free website builder tool etc...

Some buyers are immediately concerned about the increased risk of customer renewals for annual accounts which are 6-12 months out.
