This is he warning I write for the ask of my good old friend which has sustained losses due to the host unprofessionalism.
They with the partner have bought servers from giga-international.com willing to expand their european hosting business, but unfortunately this was a fatal mistake, as the company has not onlyu heavility oversold them with bandwidth metrics by giving only 10mbps channels instead of 100, and when the support talks were activated, they realized that there won't be any refund, as the rude support has said to them in the most explicit manner not to be posted.
Beware of this host, and if you go to a new provider chek for their reputation several times before buying anything, in order not to riun the business.
