Question about SEO friendly URL

I fetch some content via RSS feed from other website. Today I have fetched two post and tried to change the TITLE of the blog. However, the title has been changed on my website but it is not appearing in the address bar URL.

My URL is SEO friendly but it is still showing the title of the website from where i have fetched the content. Is there anyway I can change the URL tile.

I have selected the Custom Structure: /%category%/%postname%/ in the Permalink Structure common option.

U can use tinyurl to short your url size or virtual url.

SEO urls aren't so helpful as they are a few years back. Google has become sophisticated enough to distinguish a parameterized URL very well.

I guess you can not change the URL if you fetched it via RSS feed. Your URL should be titled or written by you.

I think with a little bit of PHP knowledge and using some simple URL rewriting using Apache Mod Rewrite you can achieve this for free.

SEO friendly URLs have good important in promotion. if you are using keywords in your URL then it's will be very easy to achieve good ranking in search engines.
Following code is used in WordPress for optimizing URL:

@thewebhostingdir, I think there's no work around for that since the title are detected from the RSS feed. And when that title includes the site name where the post was originated, then it is bound to be carried over to your blog. Not unless you know some PHP and trying tweaking some codes to cut those site name include in the blog post title.

Which do you think between the URLs above is more readable and make sense? Of course, that would be the second URL. Now, to humans it is readable and by just looking at the URL, they would instantly know what the web page will be representing or talking. To search engine bots, it is the same. They would be able to identify clearly the web page and rank it accordingly - and that is what we can SEO friendly URL.
