          How can you measure that...

          How can you measure that...'cause there are people of different needs specially in this hosting side..And the requirements will not be the same...But you can specify something like that which could be a better option or hosting for personal or e-commerce site... or something like that...
          Sorry to say I have seen this same question in lot of forums...
