Note : Cheap webhosting is not that bad but remember that cheap implies less or crap support, frequent or unstable server downtime, problems with cpu resource like overselling and termination of account without good reasons.
Many have experience these. I have a list of the hosters ...but it's not that nice to interfere in their business. However, here's a sample of what they usually said :
Unlimited bandwith
Unlimited space
$2.99/month or $20/year
99.9% uptime (though without supporting documents,etc).
The worst case is, they're gone in the next morning.
This is not absolute, just a warning, so choose wisely.
