There is too much importance of dofollow links in link building, link builders keep looking for only dofollow links.

According to me, Dofollow backlinks is more important but, nofollow links must not be underestimated. Backlinks are not only for google pr (Note that the PR is only the figure assigned by google to your site, it has no relation with traffic and profit you get from your site) it also very useful to grab referral traffic.
For example, nofollow backlink from high traffic forum and blog comments might not be much useful to help you improve your PR, but may be very profitable to get high quality referral traffic. So it’s upon you, what kind of backlinks do you want to build, both have their own importance.

I agree with this. Dofollow are for search engines and people, nofollow - only for people.

No-follow links have zero effect on Search Engine rankings. While Do-follow backlinks get followed by the Search Engines and authority is filtered down to your site

Do-follow links pass page ranks and followed by search engines. No-follow links are not effective in search engine ranking. But no-follow links from high traffic website can drive traffic to the website.

Search engine follow only Do Follow because it helps in keyword ranking. In No Follow its not much helpful it generates only high traffic. So mostly all search engine only follows Do follow.

Never Leave a single NoFollow backlink. Where ever you got a chance to put a backlink, put their, no matter that is a do-follow or no follow.

Because, Google also count no follow and give better importance to it.

If you can leave a good link, even if it is nofollow you should. Google will index it, but will not pass the link juice. Obviously, concentration should be on dofollow links.

Google did not index No follow links but it really counts all no follow links. If you have pasted links at Facebook.com then you will see those backlinks in your webmaster tools. That is a proof.
