I think if a FB, Twitter or other social media campaign is managed correctly then it can assist companies with marketing and brand awareness well.

However, I am unsure if either has a direct effect on converting sales as it can be difficult to measure.

Little by little. I feel like my efforts are paying off.
And I hope it continue, but I also hope to discover effective marketing strategies that will help improve my social media efforts.
