Tell me please, which reseller account would you prefer - with or without an in-house support?

    Re: what you think of...

Definitely with in-house support, I don't have to support myself or outsource somebody to do it. It's convenient for most of resellers, that's the way ahostin.biz does it.

Yeah, in-house support is the best. As said before, ahostin.biz does it like that.

An in-house support it's when the host supports the resellers' clients - right? Ahosting.biz does it. O'k. What about the other hosting? Does any other reseller hosting do it?

It is good, but I would not pay extra for it

Do you think you have to pay extra money for it? I thought the fee we pay includes it.

Inhouse (indoors) support is the best variant for and customers.

I totally agree with the same.
Inhouse support is what the customer wants.
Why to outsource and waste time, energy and resources trying to get it done from someone else when it is provided inhouse

I don't see any point doing that.

I think an in-house support is much better than any oursourcing.

Surely I think an in-house support is much better than outsource.

some more to add to my post..
a static IP is preferred, there are ways to work out a dynamic IP address, but if this is your first hosting, you have many other things to worry about. Stick with a Static IP address...
Use DSL....make sure you have ample upload speed..check your package...

T1 is now "old-school"...that used to be one of the ways to go "faster"...however many DSL packages now surpass T1 line speeds...

                          Hope that helps...
