I am new into web designing. I dont get any idea for a good layout. Just wondering who you gurus get a good idea to make a layout?

I usually get mine from looking at other sites. Now I know that sounds like I am ripping their design, but I am not. I see their layout, and I notice that it has a very bubbly shape. I like the bubbly shape, so I make a completely different layout that still keeps the bubbly feel. (Just an example.) So I am using their site for general designing ideas but not taking specific pictures, images, or text from their site. :o

Theres nothing wrong with getting abit of inspiration from other sites, its not cheating, as long as you don't rip it off that is :)
