  • Do you backup your sites?

    Hello,

Do you make a frequent backup copy of all your websites?

I once lost about 2 GB of important data from my local HD (which I did not have a backup for) and that was a great loss for me and ever since then I always make backups for every thing!

If you dont back up your stuff, you should. No matter when or what.

DVD's usually are the most reliable. We are currently working on an automated backup system. ie. user uses our client software, and every day at 1am their content is backed up to an offsite location which can be retrieved at any time.

This is originally being developed for software companies who might need to revert back to an earlier version, but will be available for general use.

I do backups after losing alot of info from a website a while ago. Its worth the little time it takes to save any dramas from losing info.
