Thanks for this suggestion but I know also about that Google, yahoo and Bing..those search engines are best for getting information about server but I want to required tutorial or website links where I get step by step all detailed info and Linux commend and also "how manage server".

Your best bet, if you are clueless about Linux, grab some extra RAM for your PC, download VirtualBox(https://www.virtualbox.org), and then you can create virtual machines right on your PC. Download any distro you want and mess around with it, see what you like best, for starters I would say Ubuntu, me personally, CentOS.
