2 checkout is a much better option. Paypal tend to screw over many people and therefore i left Paypal to use 2checkout and haven't had a single problem.

I've used both. Paypal is good because it's easy for both buyers and sellers, and you can set it up with sites quite well. 2checkout is also very easy, and they have some great customer service but they deleted my account because I was Online Gaming related.
If I was you, I would accept both, but if money is the real problem then I would accept 2Checkout if you don't buy much on the net, or Paypal if you do (as Paypal is useful for buying stuff on the net too).

I only tried paypal, I think their is a difference when it comes to payment processing and the fee itself.

PayPal is lower cost and better IMO. I had used 2co for years and canceled their service

PayPal is much bigger company, and that counts. PayPal has several products under "PayPal" trademark, whereas 2CheckOut is essentially single product.

2CheckOut is working with many countries where PayPal don't. Especially if you are seller.
