Diffrence is 512MB ram, which can speed up your vps and allow you to run more procceses at the same time. So its all good for you.

yep a VPS with 1GB ram is a lot better on your behalf, some scripts will require more ram, so if you installed cPanel on a VPS with 512mb ram, cPanel takes up at least 256MB, so that would only leave 256MB for processes, where as with 1GB ram you have 768MB spare :D

Basically you have double your memory which will allow you to be more flexable with what you are running. Ideally you want to fill all your memory up at all times so 2x what you have now will give you a better load time for most things.

Yeah is a fact that with 1GB ram my vps will work better
I have a question regarding that:
How can I see much ram has my vps?

When I had FreeBSD VPS I used 2 GB ram.
Fact that the more the faster ;)

1Gb will be alot better than 512. You can first try with 512 and then with 1Gb and you will see.
