Resellerzoom.com offers pretty good service for anyone looking to get into the webhosting business. I would actually give them a 8/10 which I consider to be pretty good.
The speed seems pretty good. In fact, I've got really no complaints. I've just noticed a little bit increase in my load time on one of the websites I host with them. But nothing that is terrible, i assure you.
The reliability has been great. It is the benefit of going with a larger, real company. I had a terrible experience with a smaller company where I ended up losing a lot of data and even a few customers data. I decided to go with resellerzoom because I was confident that if they were already ap rofitable company that they probably wouldn't just close their doors tomorrow.
The only complaint I really have is the downside to going with a large company. Most small start-up companies are willing to do ANYTHING to gain your business. They will take time to help you install scripts and setup your website. Unfortunately resellerzoom charges for these services. I understantd because if they did these things for free for their hundreds of customers it would require another full-time employee i'm sure. But it is a downfall of going with a big company like them.
