Jquery
JS

If you have those basic skills, then start using any wordpress bones template or wordpress bootstrap template - Then start editing it to your wonderful ideas.

If you learn by example like me you would benefit greatly from watching youtube videos that teach html and or php. I have no exact examples to give you off the top of my head but a quick search for "learn html" on youtube should yield a ton of information for you. I learned php on youtube (at least in the start) myself.
