noo, it's not the same.

With reseller hosting and master reseller hosting you can only sell reseller hosting and shared hosting with vps and dedicated server means that you have ssh root access and with it you can install any software and control your server like your computer.
SSH means Secure SHell and it's used on linux os.

I am totally agree with you but if you are looking to sell reseller hosting than master reseller plan will be best in that you will get all option of creating reseeler hosting inbuilt with packages

I would maybe stay clear of master re sellers as their are a lot of security risk with the scripts that the host provide, that it why less and less host are doing it now a days. If you want to offer resellers I would definitely get a vps and I am pretty sure whmcs or other billing software will not auto install master resellers and if you have loads of customer you don't want the head ache of doing it yourself.
