What's included:

website: website on a joomla platform (not script, please note)
source code: completely custom built from scratch, I own 100% of the code today
I am willing to sign an agreement saying I won't create a similar software for an agreed x amount of years as, as I said initially, I have no time for this anymore.
Serious bidders only! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask here or in a PM. With the right marketing and sales tactics I can see you selling 1-2 licenses a month eventually or even more and if you are able to offer addon services such as creating templates and such there are even more to earn. The license costs are set to €399 (label version) and €499 (portal version) right now and templating services are €699 so as you can see, as long as sales are coming in and you have time to market it correctly, there are big money to earn.
Competition:
There are some similar scripts out there but they are not as feature rich and professional.
Thanks,
Patrik
P.s. I accept payment via escrow.com
