Hello dear, making organic backlinks is not an easy task but if you perform SEO task correctly then it could be possible.
Don't try to make a bookmark or post the same content on the same site. it may fall under what you called spamming.

Link spam is the posting of out-of-context links on websites, discussion forums, blog comments, guestbooks or any other online venue that displays user comments. Link spam is also known as comment spam, blog spam or wikispam. Because common targets were being protected, spammers began looking elsewhere, such as wikis.

Link spam is the posting of out-of-context links on websites, discussion forums, blog comments, guestbooks or any other online venue that displays user comments. Link spam started in website guestbooks, where the spammer would repeatedly paste links to the site they were promoting.

Spam links are generally automated links created with the help of a tool or any software and also those links are not relevant.

Link spam occurs when someone inserts links on a website for the sole purpose of making money from the increase in website traffic. This can hurt or even kill a website. Link spam is a common practice for website owners who rely on others for traffic, and can often be removed from a website with little effort.
