    Hi, I have suggested some symptoms of Anxiety:
    1. Excessive ongoing worry & tension
    2. Restlessness or a feeling of being edgy
    3. Irritability
    4. Muscle tension
    5. Headaches
    6. Sweating
    7. Nausea
    8.Tiredness

      wow, I have some of the symptoms you mentioned above. hmm.. I never knew this was the symptoms of Anxiety.

        Anxiety attack symptoms are NOT indications of a serious medical condition for human. They are normally dramatic responses to being afraid. Being afraid causes the body to stimulate stress hormones also. Since stress hormones are designed to prepare the your body for action and the changes stress hormones bring about can cause the human body to exhibit “symptoms” of this biochemical change.

            Anxiety attack symptoms are NOT indications of a serious medical condition for individual. They are normally dramatic responses to being reluctant. Being reluctant causes the entire individual body to stimulate pressure testosterone also. Since pressure testosterone are designed to prepare the your individual body for action and the changes pressure testosterone bring about can cause the entire individual system to exhibit “symptoms” of this biochemical change.
