  • How do you cope up with Anxiety?

    Get enough sleep, nourishment, and exercise.
    Spend time with friends or family. Organized activities are great, but just hanging out works too.
    Heading out for a walk in the park or a hike in the woods can help anyone feel peaceful and grounded.
    Think positive.

            The family of anxiety disorders include generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder and agoraphobia, social anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and post traumatic stress disorder. Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is the most common and is characterised by persistent, excessive worrying about everyday events and activities which the person finds difficult to control.

              Some medications, such as antidepressants, have been shown to reduce worry and associated physical symptoms in people with GAD, but it appears that the improvements only last as long as the medications are taken.                   • Diverting my Mind from issue causing anxiety
                  • Thinking Positively
                  • Doing Exercise
                  • Sleep
                  • By Connecting with others
                  These ways helped me a lot whenever i suffer from anxiety issues.
