    Sleepingfor 4 to 5 hours in a day is not good for your health. You need aproper 6 to 8 hours of sleep for the better relaxation of your body.

    Scientists and researchers opine that sleep is of necessity. From the viewpoint of health, it is extremely important. But they also feel that everyone doesn’t need similar amount of sleep. Age, work style, and daily schedule are the leading factors of determination, as to the sleep you need.

    It's not healthy if you are only sleeping for only 4 to 5 hours a day. Our body needs rest; sleeping is the best way to relax our body, so we need 6-8 hours of sleep per day.

    6 hours is the optimum time for a sleep. We need rest. Even a machine needs rest.

    There are many who often pose a question that directly seems to point towards advantages that mattress has over conventional types.     Doctors will told you that you must sleep 7-8 hours a day but I can say that all depend on a particular person, I can sleep 5 hours a day and feel myself great but my friend sleep 9 hours a day and it is not enough for him! So look inside and if you feel all right it means all is right

    Surviving is totally different from being healthy. So to be healthy it is necessary to have a deep sleep of at least 6 hrs. per day.
