why do i get charges

i am a premier member at paypal. there are times that payments to me have charges, while there are those that don't. what gives. anyone can explain this? thanks!

If you have business account, the payment you receive will have fees. If you have personal account, there will be no fee.

i have a premier account but not all the transactions get charged, only those from forums etc. my paid blogging payments are not charged.

As far as I know, If the sender is sending mass payment, you won't have to pay fees, even if you have business account. So that may be the reason./

If the sender is using a credit card to fund the payment you will also incur fees for that.

U will not have to pay for receiving funds from paypal for personal account.
Its only for premier and busnz accounts that to if the payment is made from their credit cards.
