Does anyone use Yahoo Groups here? I have joined few humor related ones and I often get funny emails which are good when you are bored.

I did try to join yahoo groups before to promote my site but you have to target the groups you join so it can convert well.

Well, Yahoo groups is the only Yahoo domain which beats googles group.

I have found Y Groups the most userfriendly. Some Google's seems to lack feature.

Ill give Google a try again though

I have to agree with Cicero, Yahoo Groups is more popular than Google groups thingy. I haven't used Google groups from huge time. It looks a little complicated to me. Thats why I'm sticking with Yahoo Groups.

I used to be a member of some yahoo groups. But the WORST thing is that every time you post or reply to a message, your email address is exposed to everyone! It's fine if the group is a private one but sometimes it's not so your address is exposed to the public.

There was this time when I was wondering why my yahoo account was receiving so much spam mail. So I did a search for my email address and the search engines were all pointing to the Yahoo! Groups!

I doesn't use yahoo groups.Few of my friends use the yahoo groups and they are very satisfied with it.I think it is simple and easy to use.....

Yahoo groups i dont think anyone uses the services of them after viewing this thread most of the times its Hilarious and the people who opt for the service i dont think its gonna get them good

I do agree,yahoogroups are so easy and convienent to use, i use it for my MBA class, whenever i have to convey a message to whole class i just send a mail through it and it reaches everyone.saves a lot of time.

I have joined the yahoo group.I also refer some of my friends to join the yahoo groups.I get many funny mails from yahoo groups.It is a great entertainment....

It is the first time that I heard of the groups of google. I will check certainly this outside to see what is better.
