Yeah, same thing happened to me. There is a website about PTC which I joined and one day, I receive an email saying that I've won 500USD but in order to get the money, I have to pay 8USD. I think all of them are the same. SCAM

I received this kind of email before and just nearly sending almost 9 dollar to them using Egold. Lucky when Im start thinking why yahoo email goes to my junk folder. That really stop me to going futher.

This is just another SCAM email. Collecting your info for a targeted SPAM, which actually is very expensive, if you want to send out your spam to targeted people.

These all mails are not from yahoo but are from scammers.
These all are scams please do not pay to them as it will wastage of money.

I have received that $500 a couple of times and I know that it is fake. Yahoo, if ever, send email from yahoo-inc.com and it is quite differentiable then other fake mails. Don't fall for them.

The most common way to get rid of it is to move these type of mails to the trash without opening them . Because , no one would give you money without doing anything .

Are you sure the email were you really Yahoo form? Normally there was no cost when you gain a price. It seems that you received were an email of fraud.
