Day trading is a form of trading in which traders need to square off their position the very same trading day i.e position in market can not be held for more than one trading day. Some guidelines which are helpful while picking up stocks to trade with here are discussed below :
1) Select stocks which are highly liquid are they generally have high trade volumes.
2) Trade along the market trend i.e if market is bullish choose stocks which are rising and if market is bearish select stocks which are declining.
3) Perform quality research work then only decide stocks in which you will trade.
