IaaS is where you have more control with Public/Private/Hybrid

PaaS is where you can program directly into cloud, without managing backend resources

SaaS(Software as a Service) where you have readymade applications available for use, directly. Based on stream, you have MBaaS, SECaaS (SECurity as a Service) etc.

Based on a deployment model, we can classify cloud as:

              1: public,
              2: private,
              3: hybrid
              4: community cloud

Cloud computing is the on-demand availability of computer system resources, especially data storage and computing power, without direct active management by the user.

                        Types of Cloud computing services:
                        1. Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) - IaaS provides on-demand access to fundamental computing resources–physical and virtual servers, networking, and storage—over the internet on a pay-as-you-go basis.
                        2. Platform as a Service (PaaS) - PaaS provides software developers with on-demand platform—hardware, complete software stack, infrastructure, and even development tools—for running, developing, and managing applications without the cost, complexity, and inflexibility of maintaining that platform on-premises.
                        3. Software as a Service (SaaS) - SaaS provides you with a complete product that is run and managed by the service provider. In most cases, people referring to SaaS are referring to end-user applications (such as web-based email).

Private clouds, public clouds, hybrid clouds, and multi-clouds are the four basic forms of cloud computing. In addition, there are three types of cloud computing services: infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software-as-a-service (SaaS).
