$2 per month for a dedicated IP is a good price IMO. I use dreamhost and they sell it for about $4 per month, but their service is great.

yes man it is very very cheep to get an public ip for @4... please go fast and grab that offer..... and if there r no limitations in taking the ip address u can take as many as possible and can keep your own servers on each ip address.... i am also looking for such offeres....

I think thats a great price for a dedicated IP address. Godaddy Hosting offer same for $1 or $2 I don't remember exactly. Whats matters is this guys you mentioned give a good web hosting service or not.

Dedicated IP addresses are also known as static IP addresses. Usually institutional buyers take these out. Not only they are faster infact are more securer too

two bux is a great price for dedicated IP adress. Go and take it , by the way i'd offer you to use GoDaddy. It's more popular, so the service is better.

dedicated ip's are also the expensive bet. sometimes the service providers might reject your case of being granted one. Not every one and anyone be granted a dedicated ip

Yes, 2 dollars per IP is the reasonable money. The same is offered by downtownhost.com and other hosting companies. I think not point of searching the cheaper options.
