      It's up and coming as in said mate, Not up yet but it will be soon. he is just fixing it.

            I cant really say its excellent but it appears useful for PHP beginners. Id suggest getting more posters and put a better quality posts.

                Shopping related (tangible goods) advertising is allowed in Buy Sell Trade section only. Free of charge.

                No advertising allowed except paid stickies in other sections.
