    Proper eating behavior is very helpful especially if you are into loosing weight. Avoidance of eating oily foods helps to have clean and clear face too especially on the face section of our body.

          Yes proper eating habit is very useful for all. Fruits and vegetables are very useful food. Exercises also play an important role for our body it helps Women, Children and all.

            Well....
            Try to drink at least 16-18 glass of water daily. includes milk, egg, vegetables and fruits in your daily diet.
            Take proper sleep and do exercise. Also try yoga.

                      Healthy eating habits are good for the womens so take balanced protein,vitamins,fats etc in your meal and don't go for dieting it is not the good way to loose the weight.

                          Water is good for dieting in anyway.Fruits and vegetables are good for dieting.
                          Less oily foods and use less carbohydrates containing food. Health diet will provide lots of thing which is really very helpful to our body. Some times I would suggest that you try out other meals too.
