In case you're having constipation during pregnancy,
You should drink a lot of water, at least 2 liters a day.
Eat more dietary fibers, tomatoes, beetroot, artichoke and flax seeds.
Avoid eating bananas.

A simple home remedy you can make at home:
Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil in half a cup of warm water and juice from one fresh lemon.
Drink it first thing in the morning.

And lastly, do sports. Even just walking counts.
