Nofollow is an HTML attribute which is used to inform the search engines not to follow the links while Dofollow is an attribute used to inform the search engines to follow the website for ranking purpose.

Do follow and no follow are link attributes and contain instructions for search engine robots. Do follow links are crawled and indexed in search engines whereas no follow links are never crawled and indexed in search engines.

if you are use anchor tag <a href=""></a> that is Dofollow link.
if you write anchor tag <a href="" rel="nofollow"></a> that is nofollow link

In SEO, Nofollow links are the links which doe snot get indexed by search engines therefore it is essential for generating traffic to website. Dofollow links are the links which gets indexed by search engines and they are good for SEO as well.

Nofollow links are the links which inform search engines not to follow and index the links. Dofollow links are the links which inform search engines to follow and index the website. Search Engines considers dofollow links for ranking purpose.

You are allowed ONLY ONE picture(banner) upto 120 pixels in width and 60 pixels in height with a maximum 30kB filesize.
In combination with a banner/picture you can have ONLY ONE LINE text link.
Advertising
Webmaster related advertising is allowed in Webmaster Marketplace section only. Free of charge.
Shopping related (tangible goods) advertising is allowed in Buy Sell Trade section only. Free of charge.
No advertising allowed except paid stickies in other sections.
