    ASAP - need to host my client's e-shop

    Greetings to all webmasters,
    I am looking for a decent place where I could host my new e-shop - the location of my audience is USA.

    ==>> require 15 gbs of disk space

    Found hostwinds litespeed ssd hosting provider and still not sure to deal with them or not.
    Is it reliable host? Is it suitable for running e-shops?

                What are their server upgrade protocols? For example, are they able to update and upgrade their servers without downtime? If so, how? During what hours of the day/ night do they make those updates?
