I don't think live chat is good for online customer support. Email and phone call still working good to provide support to the customers. Is there anyone have any experience of using live chat solution on website. If yes then please share your experience with me.

I have created a website for my travel agency here we provide the booking service for car, bus and also flights. For that website I need a live chat software which help me to engage my real time visitor on website, because the bounce rate of my website is very bad.

Is that live chat software really help to improve online business sales?
