    Never Do this, else you will get banned, i know that peoples are doing it, but this is not good for long term.

    exchanging clicks is against google policies, google may push your website to spam

    Never ever ask any of your friends to click on your ads because you are increasing your chances of getting Banned from Google Adsense. It is better that you follow ethical ways to get earnings from Google adsense rather than click exchanges
