    there is a site named homestead.com which offers free domains for some time which i think is 3 months try it.go and search homestead.com on google and u will get it.i dont know if ur specifications will be met or not.

      Small Ad means that Google ad unit at bottom of the page ? If it is then people who already have Google ads in their sites allowed ? If your ad is not Google ads then, legal adult sites are allowed ?

        Yes that small adsense ad is the ad i was talking about.
        Yes you are allowed to put on your own adsense ads.
        No adult content is not allowed.

          Have taken permission for Google about using 2 publisher ID's in same page ? Otherwise everyone might get in to trouble.

                      i think byethost.com is much better because they are very secure and give much functions etc etc so for free host i preffer byethost.com
