I am not answering to your question, but just giving you an idea. You can use the domain for Google Apps. Go to www.google.com/a and place there your co.cc domain. After that, you may ask google for 500 email accounts. You must configure your co.cc according to the DNS google specifications. Like this:

is working with http://www.hu.tl , but co.cc domain is bad, their nameservers are slow at least in Europe, stop working ... i don't use them anymore even if i was one of the people who supported them in some forums

Well honestly speaking I do not prefer free hosting as this can effect your website reputation. Plus they are not at all responsible if site is down. You should start building your reputation name from the very beginning. If your site is down for any reason that can convey the wrong message and impression to your visitor.
