Free/Paid Hosting Biz 4 Sale W/ Mini Webmaster Empire!
Hello everyone, I am here to sell off all of my web related business, including my free/paid hosting business and all of my other websites and domains.
Why am I selling?
I am selling all of this because I recently got back with my wife and son, and to do that I had to move a couple of hundred miles, all of this right before Christmas! We are staying with her mother for now but, as you can imagine, I am VERY eager to get out and get our own place! I would like to do this before Christmas but, I just don't see it happening really.
I need this extra cash to ensure that my son will have a great Christmas, and one that he will remember for the rest of his life, the first Christmas we have ever had as a family (He was 10 months old when we seperated, and now he is 8 years old!). Then, after a great Christmas, like the day after, I want to move out. Also, when we move, I will most likely be without interent for a week or 2, so I won't be able to provide support to my clients, or update any of my websites.
What am I selling?
As I mentioned above, I am selling a Free/Paid Hosting business at http://afreewebhost.com, and all of my other domains/websites. The list of the domains/websites is at the bottom of this post but, directly below you will see all the information regarding the hosting business.
You can purchase all of it, just the business, or, just the domains/website. If you get all of it I will give you a better deal just so that I can get rid of all and get as much cash together as I can.

All free hosting clients are required to place text banner ad from Google on their websites. Up until about 2 weeks ago I was using YPN and CO.CC banners only but, I recently switched to using Goolgle Adsense. I have noticed a nice increase in clicks and PPC since I switched to Adsense, and the page impressions get bigger everyday!

Where do you host the clients, and how much is it?
All clients are hosted on a reseller with Page-Zone.com. The reseller has 1TB of disc space, and 500GB bandwidth for $25 a month. The reseller is paid for until the middle of January of 2009.
You can move all the clients to your own server, or you can keep the reseller account, it's up to you. The reseller is pretty good though. The server load is always low, the uptime has been great, and the server always responds great, and with 1TB of disc space and 500GB bandwidth for $25 a month, you can't beat that!
How do they Pay?
All clients pay using PayPal.
How many signups do you get on average?
As you can imagine, most of the signups are for free hosting. I get about 20-30 signups a day but, I am very picky about who I host, I'm very cautious, so I reject about 95% of the signups for one reason or another.
How do you advertise?
All of the advertising I have done has been from posting offers on forums, and from link trading.
What billing system do you use?
I use WHMCS 3.7.2.
How long has AFWH been open?
I opened AFWH in May of 08. When I started it, I was only using webpagehost.biz but, I got the AFREEWEBHOST.COM domain on July 4th.
How much are you asking?
As I said, I would prefer to sell the hosting business, and all the domain names/websites listed below, as one package deal but, I will seperate the two if the deal is right.
1. Hosting business AND all the domains/website below
$400.00 for the biz & $200.00 for the domains/websites= $600.00
2. Just the hosting business = $450.00
3. Just the domains/website (Total Domains 47) = $250.00
6 of the domains have full websites, all others have minisites. All of the domains get traffic, and some have Google PR. Also, some of them produce a little income from ad clicks. At $250.00 that's only about $4.50 a peice!

How would I pay you?
Whoever buys it will be required to make their payment securely through PayPal. My PayPal account is a verified PayPal premier account, so, you do not have to have a PayPal account to make payments, all you need is a credit or debit card.
Will you help with move and anything else?
Yes, I will help the buyer move all clients if needed, and also supply any information you require to complete the transfer. The buyer will be given all login information for the WHMCS, and WHM master account. I obviously cannot stick around forever to help but, I cab guarantee to help you for at least 1 month if needed.
Will you sign an NDA and/or NCA?
Yes I will. When I sell all of this, I am done with it. For years now I have spent most of my time working online but, now that I am with my wife and son, there are more important things for me to do, so I will not be getting into hosting again anytime soon!
How soon are you looking to sell?
I would obviously like to get this sold as soon as possible. The sooner I Sell it, the less I have to worry about my sons Christmas!
