The division was created in August 2007 to provide a hosting platform for Zorveo's website development clients. Technical Support is available through the customer's account manager, email and live support chat or AIM us at screenname: zorveo. Phone support is available for business critical support issues. Support tickets are usually responded to within 1-2 hours.

How long will it take to setup my account?
Your account will be setup within 20 minutes after your initial invoice is paid.

What is this "Third-Party Script Install Service"?
When we were setting up our new line of servers, located in Scranton, PA, we were faced with the question: "Should we include Fantastico?". So we asked our customers wether we should include Fantastico or offer a "Third-Party Script Install Service". The result: 90% of our customers selected the "Third Party Script Install Service". This is how it works: Customers create a Support Ticket or inform us via Live Support Chat the script they would like installed and where they would like it installed. We install and configure the script for the customer, usually within 20-30 minutes. AND we also provide technical support for select Third-Party Scripts, such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, phpBB, etc. (Entire list available on our website). So we don't offer Fantastico, however, we do install select scripts for you AND provide indepth technical support for those scripts.
