Does length of title have any effect on search engine while searching?

This is not what you see at the top of a web page.The title tag is arguably the number two SEO tactic as far as how much of an effect it can have, and how much attention the search engines pay to it.Use some keywords in the title, but keep them relevant and concise.

but, you must check in google keyword tools to compare with another keyowrd..
and it's must relevant with your'e page ...

Keeping title short always helps search engines and users in understanding the actual topic of your page.

Make the title shorter to easily classify what your keyword is. It is not advisable to have long titles for it makes your keyword recognition a bit complicated as well.
