I tried to get in to the forum and received a message I had to change my password so I did but then I got a message that my email address did not show up. I have been with SBI for 5 years/ The first year my email address was cliff2004@sbcglobal.net but I changed it to clifton10002002@yahoo.com a few years ago but it keeps telling me you don't have that address so please fix it. I want my new password to be soundblast1. If you change the password to something new than it will be different that the one to get in to my site because when I set this up I made all passwords to anything with SBI one word and now you are asking me to make change the password to the forum/

I was very upset about this because I did not expect this and needed some information on the forum fast but now I am afraid you will not be able to fix it. I did what I was told and it did not work so I really hope you can fix it. Many times when getting help form SBI support has been good but too many times you tell me what to do about it and sometimes I have the skills to do it and sometimes I don't. The forum is very important to me so it you tell me to do something then make sure it is something anyone can do but I would prefer you fix it and tell me what the password will be. I really think it is dumb to have a password to get in to my site and another one to get in to the forum. I would really appertain you fixing this problem without involving me if possible. I have more important things to do than this kind of change which I see no reason for you to have changed things
