As you know, we keep an eye on the events of IR35 Forum for a few months, especially those that are discussed "business" of evidence that HMRC are used to help determine whether there is justification for a full investigation IR35.
We expect to publish evidence of "business entity" later this month and then go through a process of consultation, but, in the final minutes of the Forum is IR35 for the March meeting suggest otherwise, and now has been published experiments.
