  • To Export a Document as a PDF File:

    To Export a Document as a PDF File:
    Exporting your document as an Adobe Acrobat Document, commonly known as a PDF file, can be especially useful if sharing a document with someone who does not have Word. A PDF file will make it possible for recipients to view, but not edit, the content of your document.

    1. Click the File tab to access Backstage view.
    2. Click Export and then select Create PDF/XPS.
    3. The Save As dialog box will appear. Select the location where you wish to export the document, enter a file name, then click Publish.

    By default, Word will export all of the pages in the document. If you wish to export only the current page, click Options in the Save as dialog box. The Options dialog box will appear. Select Current page and then click OK.

    thanks for sharing, and i can provide my way to do that. i employ a third party software which contains the functions of creating pdf as well as convert pdf to html . then you can export pdf as html files so it can be viewed online.

    RasterEdgePdfCreator pdf = new RasterEdgePdfCreator();
    RasterEdgePdfCreator.Section sec1 = RasterEdgePdfCreator.Sections.Add();
    sec1.Paragraphs.Add(new Text("RasterEdge"));
    pdf.Save(@"C:/1.pdf");

    using System.IO;
    using System.Drawing.Printing;
    using RasterEdge.Imaging;
    using RasterEdge.Imaging.Processing;
    using RasterEdge.Imaging.Pdf;
    RasterEdgeImaging PDF = new RasterEdgeImaging();
    public void ConvertPdftoHtml();
    {
    PDFInputFile = (@"C:/1.pdf");
    PDFPageNumber = "1";
    HTMLOutputFile = OutputFormat.html;
    }
    PDF.Save("OutputFormat.html", SaveFormat.Html);

        PDF (Portable Document Format) is a file format that has captured all the elements of a printed document as an electronic image that you can view, navigate, print, or forward to someone else. PDF files are created using Adobe Acrobat , Acrobat Capture, or similar products. To view and use the files, you need the free Acrobat Reader, which you can easily download. Once you've downloaded the Reader, it will start automatically whenever you want to look at a PDF file.
