I use the free app on my ipad called "numbers" its basically the equivalent microsoft excell. You can create spreadsheets with it. I also made quote and invoice sheets as well.

I keep track of my websites, passwords, and etc with spreed sheets thats also another usefull tool. I always forget my passcodes! but not when i use spreedsheets to keep track of the email, passwords, website domain and etc. now I never forget.
