Has the economy slowed down your buying?

Has the stuttering economy slowed down you buying domain names or websites? Or has it actually made you buy more because domains are more stable than the dollar? I think for me, I've been far less speculative about buying names, being sure I have development plans for them rather than just buying them to hope to resell. What about you?

It made me buy a couple of more domains because paying in dollars is very much cheaper now compared to last year.

no i donot agree with you the .info domain in the last year i bought it for 0.80$ now the cheapest .info is for 1.9$ so people who bought last year is really lucky

I have held back at the moment, but spending more time devolping the sites I already have, so its swings and roundabouts at the moment!!

Alway on the look out for good names though

There's no difference on my side actually. I'm in China...so the economy isn't really slowing down on this side!

I think domain name is expensive nowaday compare than last year.Last year i bought domain from namecheap around usd8++ now domain name price is increase to usd 9.29.

I think it did not affect me at all. Like me, I’m currently doing online businesses, and as long as there are buyers, nothing is impossible.
