Domain Name Tasting? Anyone tried

In short, with domain tasting you can register a domain name, after it expired, and over a period of 5 days test its profitability. If the domain name is profitable in terms of traffic and income, you can keep the domain. If not, you can simply cancel the registration and receive a refund on the registration fee, minus a small service fee recently implemented.

Not many registrars support domain name tasting. So has anyone tried it and does it help you in anyway

Not tried it and actually never heard of it, could you give out the registrars that give this kind of service out? It might actually be the future of the domain name business.

Domain name tasting this is totally a new term for me.. I dont think they will refund the money ? after its expired you still have some grace period and within this grace period if you don't register? you can cancel and get refunds ??

Domain name tasting? pretty tasty name huh :P dont u think it should be domain name "testing" instead with the type of services they are giving well who knows

No i have never tried it but i might try it in the future. It sounds like a good way of getting a domain name without commiting to it if it doesn't do well.

I used to try it when it was a free feature offered by most registrars. It's no longer free (as far as I know) so I don't do that anymore.
