but you will need a verified paypal address or a credit card there.
if you dont have a verified paypal account then goto www.name.com
its best there. i have registered over 5 domains there.
or best, you can goto www.name.com if you dont have any money at all lolz

I'm using Moniker. their pricing is slightly higher for .com but its cheaper than others on renewals of .info and .biz.

Best Domain Registering Service

Godaddy seems to be liked a lot. I haven't used them but am considering it. I see they have a special of a little over $7 a year. I'm using a paid hosting service with unlimited hosting. They make their money on hosting additional domains by charging for registering the Domains. I pay about $15 a year for each additional domain. I wonder if I could get a domain registered with Godaddy and still get it hosted free with my paid hosting service. Is anyone doing that?

from my point namecheap is the best registrar i know because it offers 1 year free privacy protect for every domain i buy, at least until now, and have reasonable renewal fee
