I've used whiz.in for .in names & they are probably the cheapest. .infos are also pretty cheap too

I think namecheap is better. Are you going to use paypal or credit card..?

I use to like GoDaddy best. Now I like NameCheap and Moniker. I like NameCheap more as it is very easy and fast. And Dynadot is a nice place as well.

Name cheap is best, you pay and then your domain is there.. instantly.

I register most of my domain names with domainsite and namecheap, they have good services and support.
